Esthetician – NoBe Wellness Medspa

Overview

We are seeking a talented and client‑focused Advanced Esthetician to join our growing wellness medspa team. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skill in advanced skincare treatments, a passion for client education, and a commitment to delivering safe, high‑quality aesthetic services. This role works closely with our Medical Director and clinical team to support exceptional outcomes and an elevated client experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skin assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and product recommendations.
• Perform advanced esthetic services, including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and other non‑invasive skincare procedures.
• Assist with pre‑ and post‑treatment care for clients receiving medical aesthetic services, ensuring comfort, safety, and clear understanding of aftercare instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant treatment environment, following all sanitation and infection‑control standards.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and treatment expectations to support long‑term skin health.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to coordinate care, support treatment planning, and ensure seamless client experiences.
• Document all services performed, client interactions, and treatment notes accurately and in accordance with medspa protocols.
• Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in esthetics and wellness.

Requirements

• Valid esthetics license with experience in a spa, medspa, or clinical skincare environment.
• Strong understanding of skin physiology, product ingredients, and contraindications for advanced esthetic procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic, client‑centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including medical and wellness professionals.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and professionalism.
• Experience with medical‑grade skincare lines is preferred; laser or device‑based treatment experience is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
