Skin Bar VII is seeking a high-performing, experienced Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about skincare, confident in delivering advanced treatments, and driven to grow within a luxury, client-focused environment.

This is not a basic esthetician role. We are looking for someone who understands how to deliver real results, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue through exceptional service, retail, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality, results-driven facial services customized to each client
• Conduct thorough consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare routines, services, and product recommendations
• Drive revenue through retail sales, service upgrades, and memberships
• Maintain strong client retention through rebooking and follow-up
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and professional treatment room standards
• Stay up to date on products, services, and industry trends
• Support spa promotions, events, and overall team goals
• Deliver a luxury-level client experience aligned with Skin Bar VII standards

Required Experience:

Candidates must have hands-on experience performing the following services:

• HydraFacial
• VI Peel
• Chemical Peels
• Dermaplane Facials
• Galvanic Facials

Qualifications:

• Licensed Esthetician (State of Michigan required)
• Minimum 1–2 years experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and ingredients
• Proven ability to sell retail and recommend treatment plans
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Pay: $27.73 - $33.39 per hour
