We are seeking a highly skilled Excel Specialist who can design, develop, and manage advanced Excel-based forms and evaluation tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating structured Excel forms integrated with formulas and calculations to evaluate performance, scores, and criteria accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Excel-based forms for data entry, evaluation, and reporting
- Build automated calculations, scoring systems, and evaluation models based on defined criteria
- Apply formulas, functions, and logical rules to ensure accurate results and decision-making
- Create validation rules to prevent incorrect data entry
- Develop dynamic dashboards, summaries, and reports from collected data
- Maintain and improve existing Excel templates and tools
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of Excel evaluation files
- Collaborate with HR, management, or department heads to understand evaluation requirements
- Document formulas, logic, and workflows for future reference
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Excel forms and templates
- Formulas & functions (IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, etc.)
- Conditional formatting
- Data validation
- Ability to create calculation-based evaluation systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to translate business criteria into logical Excel calculations
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Experience with:
- Excel macros / VBA
- Pivot tables & dashboards
- Performance appraisal or scoring systems
- Prior work on HR, finance, or operational evaluation tools
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience as an Excel Specialist or similar role
