Advanced Trauma Nurse

Bella Roma Specialty Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Trauma Nurse to join our Emergency and Trauma Care team. The ideal candidate will provide immediate, high-quality nursing care to trauma and critically injured patients, support physicians during emergency procedures, and ensure patient safety and stabilization according to international trauma care standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide rapid assessment, triage, and emergency nursing care for trauma and critical patients
• Assist physicians during trauma resuscitation, emergency procedures, and surgeries
• Monitor vital signs, neurological status, and patient response to treatment
• Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and emergency interventions as ordered
• Operate and monitor emergency and life-support equipment
• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, imaging, and surgical interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Ensure infection control, patient safety, and compliance with hospital policies
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-trauma care
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in trauma drills, emergency preparedness, and quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Valid Nursing License (DHA / MOH / DOH or eligibility to obtain)
• Certification in ATLS / ACLS / BLS (mandatory)
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Emergency, Trauma, or Critical Care Nursing
• Strong knowledge of trauma protocols and emergency procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
