As an Advertising Agency – Account Manager with a digital background, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the successful creation and implementation of online and offline marketing campaigns. You will work closely with clients, creative teams, and strategy teams to understand client objectives and develop effective campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

Primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships with them and any partner agencies relating to media, production, operations.

Participate in client briefs and Job Status Report (JSR) reviews to manage jobs status, production, media, and touch points requirements.

Create effective campaigns and jobs brief to ensure client requirements are properly understood, always providing necessary insights to enhance creative delivery.

Ensure adherence to client brand guidelines in the deliverables.

Provide feedback and advise as needed for adapting the creative materials for the production.

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple campaigns and Jobs for the client, and their portfolio of Brands

Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop and execute online and offline campaigns that meet client objectives

Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Monitor and analyse campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients

Proactively identify and address potential campaign issues or risks

Present campaign results and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into client strategies

Bchelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field.

3+ years of experience in Advertising Agency Account Management with a focus on digital marketing.

Understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, including social media, search, email, display and mobile.

Proficient is using various tools such as Excel, Bitrix, CRMS, clickUp.

Experience managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
