Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and carry out market research to assess customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and agencies.
  • Coordinate with the advertising and marketing teams to create impactful campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and modify strategies to improve results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Advertising Sales Manager or similar role.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising sales and media channels.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales management within the advertising industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • In-depth understanding of digital and traditional advertising.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative sales pitches.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
