Job Summary:

The Advertising Sales Manager is a results-driven professional responsible for generating revenue, managing key client relationships, and developing creative advertising solutions across JACO’s platform. This role requires someone who is persuasive, well-spoken, has strong industry connections, and proven experience in advertising or media sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring in new clients and revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and brand partners.
  • Identify and pitch customized advertising solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Mentor junior sales team members (if applicable) to achieve departmental goals.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in advertising or media sales, preferably digital or influencer marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and grow client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; charming and persuasive.
  • Strong network within advertising agencies and brand marketing departments.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with influencer platforms or live-streaming apps.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign results and optimize strategies.
  • High level of professionalism, creativity, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
