About the Data & Analytics Business
Frontline’s Data & Analytics business is a standalone unit within the organization, dedicated to unlocking the full potential of district data. Our analytics platforms give school systems the clarity and confidence to move from information to action—enabling smarter, faster, and more transparent decisions across every dimension of district leadership.

The Data & Analytics suite includes:
  • Business Analytics, helping district finance and operations leaders forecast, plan, and optimize resource allocation;
  • Comparative Analytics, providing districts with benchmarking data to measure performance relative to peers;
  • Student Analytics, which turns academic and engagement data into actionable insight for improving learning, equity, and achievement; and
  • Location Analytics, which leverages GIS technology to visualize student, staffing, and facility data on interactive maps for strategic boundary and resource planning.

Together, these solutions embody our mission: to help district leaders make sense of their data, communicate clearly, and act confidently.

Position Overview
The Student Analytics Advisor supports the success of K–12 districts using Frontline’s Student Analytics platform—helping leaders understand and act on their data to drive better outcomes for students and educators.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Client Success, this role combines hands-on analytics expertise, client relationship management, and strategic collaboration. The Advisor will play a key role in repositioning the Student Analytics product, working closely with the go-to-market team to validate new use cases, build compelling dashboards, and design deliverables that resonate with Superintendents and Curriculum & Instruction leaders.

The Advisor will also manage a portfolio of existing and post-year-one clients, ensuring ongoing adoption, satisfaction, and measurable impact. Success in this role requires comfort working in ambiguity, curiosity to learn new technologies, and enthusiasm for the power of data, software, and service to transform K–12 education.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product & Advisory Enablement
  • Partner with the go-to-market team to build and refine Student Analytics dashboards, reports, and visualizations that align with emerging use cases.
  • Translate district needs into actionable analytics deliverables that tell compelling data stories.
  • Participate in pilot programs to test new advisory approaches, metrics, and visual designs.
  • Collect and synthesize client feedback to inform product improvements and advisory playbooks.

2. Client Engagement & Support
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to district clients, supporting both implementation and long-term success with Student Analytics.
  • Onboard new clients through data acquisition, report configuration, and user training.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with existing clients, ensuring adoption, value realization, and satisfaction.
  • Deliver advisory sessions in both 1:1 and 1:many formats (e.g., webinars, workshops, and virtual training).
  • Document and track client interactions, deliverables, and outcomes in CRM and related systems.

3. Market & Voice of the Customer
  • Identify and share client insights and success stories with internal stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Monitor K–12 trends, legislation, and emerging district needs to inform analytics use cases.
  • Represent Frontline and the Analytics business at conferences, webinars, and events.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Sales to support renewal and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on value-add content and thought leadership.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to test new features and ensure district feedback is reflected in future development.

What You Bring:
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a consultative, customer-first mindset.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects at once.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit—eager to experiment, learn, and help build something new.

This role requires:
  • 3–5 years of experience in K–12 education, analytics, or SaaS client success roles. Experience in student outcomes, curriculum, or assessment preferred.
  • Strong data fluency, with experience creating or interpreting dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Education, Analytics, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for conferences, client visits, or team meetings.

Why This Role Matters

This is a great fit for a motivated, mission-driven professional ready to grow their career in analytics, client engagement, and educational innovation.
