Job Description:

The Advisor, Services Project/Program Management leads the execution of complex projects and service engagements, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver new or existing products and services to clients. This client‑facing, billable role oversees installation, deployment, and customer acceptance of enterprise systems, capital equipment, or integration projects. The Advisor ensures projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations while managing stakeholder alignment and resolving internal conflicts to support successful delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects or assigned project activities within defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Oversee project execution from initiation through delivery, ensuring technical compatibility and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage directly with external clients/customers to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental activities to ensure timely and efficient completion of project deliverables.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams in delivering new or existing solutions while mediating internal issues and conflicting priorities.
  • Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, ensuring proper mitigation and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance, methodologies, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates, status reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Assess unusual circumstances and apply advanced analytical and problem‑solving techniques to identify root causes.
  • Provide creative solutions to varied issues and adapt existing approaches when faced with limited information.
  • Use sound judgment and interpretation to select appropriate methods and actions for achieving project goals.
  • Work independently with periodic review at key milestones to ensure alignment with objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • Strong understanding of project/program management principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Proven experience managing projects involving cross‑functional coordination and customer interaction.
  • Ability to evaluate complex information and provide effective, creative solutions.
  • Advanced analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and resolving conflicts across teams.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder‑management, and client‑facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently while delivering high‑quality outcomes.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software deployments, capital equipment installations, or system integration projects is a plus.
