Experience: 4+ Years in Oracle Fusion EPM
We’re seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion EPM Consultant to join our client’s team in a post-implementation / Reimplementation role. The EPM solution has already been implemented by Oracle OCS, and this role will focus on helping business teams maximize system adoption, streamline processes, and deliver targeted enhancements to drive more value from the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business users to understand their needs and challenges in daily EPM usage
- Analyze existing Oracle EPM setup and recommend process improvements and enhancements
- Configure and optimize modules including:
- Planning and Budgeting (PBCS/EPBCS)
- Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS)
- Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS)
- Account Reconciliation (ARCS)
- Narrative Reporting (NR)
- Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS)
- Design and implement minor functional enhancements without disrupting core configurations
- Conduct user training and develop user guides to improve adoption and efficiency
- Collaborate with finance and business teams to align enhancements with operational goals
- Troubleshoot issues, coordinate fixes, and manage change requests
- Work with integration teams to improve data flows between EPM, ERP, and other systems
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion EPM
- Strong business-facing skills with the ability to translate functional requirements into practical solutions
- Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
- Experience in post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field
- Preferred: Experience in ERP–EPM integration, especially Oracle Fusion ERP
- Excellent communication and change management skills
