Advocate

To attend session court and High Court regularly of behalf of the company, able to draft civil and criminal applications,.

Represent and argue the case .

To Represent to concern Police station for FIR Registration.

Execution of the court orders. etc.

To Represent the JDA Matter, JDA Tribunal, and Land Accusation matter.

Drafting RTI and appeal.

Knowledge of cooperative societies.

Handling of 138 cases.

Drafting of Legal Notices.

Good Communication skill with Hindi and English typing is must.
