About Us:
Highyield Fortune Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing real estate and investment company, focusing on premium developments and fractional ownership opportunities. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Advocate to handle our legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts, agreements, MoUs, and property-related documents.
• Providing legal advice on real estate, corporate, and investment matters.
• Managing compliance with RERA, company law, taxation laws, and other statutory regulations.
• Coordinating with external legal advisors, regulatory bodies, and government authorities.
• Representing the company in legal proceedings and dispute resolution, when required.
• Ensuring all transactions and documentation are legally sound and risk-free.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 4–8 years of professional experience, preferably in real estate, corporate law, and property transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments.
