Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle and independently manage assigned legal matters from initiation to closure
• Draft, review, and vet legal documents including agreements, notices, pleadings, and opinions
• Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and statutory authorities
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clients
• Coordinate with clients, counsels, and internal teams for effective case management
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and procedures
• Maintain proper documentation and case records
• Mentor junior associates and support team development, as required

Candidate Requirements

• Enrolled Advocate with valid Bar Council registration
• 7–10 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Ability to handle matters independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Proficiency in legal research tools and documentation
• Must possess own laptop
