Advocate -Legal Officer (Male)

Key notes on experience, education:

· Vetting of Commercial agreements [MSA + SOW + L&L + NDA + MOU + SOP+ Agreement]

· Managing Vendor and Customer KYC

· Ensure AML Compliance

· Ensure DPA & GDPR Compliance

· Coordination with Stakeholder

· Preparation of Legal MIS

· Implementation of Legal compliance Dashboard.

· Leading a team size of 2+ members

· Reporting to Head – Finance & Accounts

Budget up to 6 LPA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
