COE VCare Role & Responsibilities of a Sale Counsellor
The Sales Counsellor plays a key role in guiding clients through their aesthetic journey — from the first inquiry to treatment planning, sales conversion, and long-term relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
· Welcome walk-in clients and attend to online/phone inquiries.
· Understand client concerns (skin, hair, body contouring, anti-aging, etc.) and match them with suitable treatments.
· Clearly explain procedures, treatment options, expected results, possible downtime, and costs. Provide transparent counselling without overpromising results.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets. Present packages, memberships, and promotional offers persuasively.
· Convert inquiries, walk-ins, and referrals into treatment bookings.
· Maintain strong follow-up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email until closure.
· Build trust and rapport to ensure high client satisfaction and loyalty.
· Guide clients with pre- and post-treatment instructions (in coordination with physician/Nurse).
· Encourage repeat visits, upgrades, and referrals from satisfied clients.
· Handle concerns and complaints in a professional manner, escalating to physician /management when needed.
· Ensure smooth client scheduling and handover from consultation to procedure.
· Update the medical team about client expectations and concerns.
· Maintain proper client records, consent forms, and treatment notes.
· Document all counselling details, packages sold, and payment status.
· Submit daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and revenue performance.
6. Knowledge & Training
· Stay updated with clinic services, treatment protocols, and latest technologies (lasers, injectables, RF, body contouring, etc.).
· Attend product/device training sessions to confidently address client queries.
· Understand competitor offerings to position the clinic effectively.
· Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information.
· Ensure ethical sales practices in line with medical and company standards.
· Follow clinic SOPs, dress code, and professional communication etiquette.
