AESTHETIC CALL CENTER AGENT

A results-driven Call center Agent is required to join our team . The selected candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients. His/her main responsibilities will be:-

• Full awareness with the clinic's services, medical procedures, and treatments to effectively communicate with patients.
• Providing super-excellent service by answering queries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Getting sure that all communications adhere to medical regulations and privacy laws.
• Communicating with potential or existing patients to inform them about medical services, schedule appointments, and follow up on treatments.
• Recording patient information, appointment details, and interactions accurately in the clinic's database.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English Language
• Ability to handle different patients enquiries in same time
• Managing multiple tasks and keeping track of appointments and follow-ups.
• Has good knowledge for CRM software and other tools used for managing patient interactions
