We are seeking an exceptional, high-energy Aesthetic Clinic Manager to lead our team, elevate our daily operations, and drive the continued growth of our luxury practice. Job Summary:

As the Clinic Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our practice. You will oversee all daily operations, ensure an flawless 5-star patient experience, manage a high-performing team of practitioners and administrative staff, and execute strategies to meet financial and operational goals. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, leadership excellence, and a deep understanding of luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily clinic workflows, scheduling, inventory management, and supplier relations to ensure seamless, efficient operations.
  • Team Leadership & Culture: Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor front-desk and clinical staff. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
  • Patient Experience: Maintain the highest standards of patient care and luxury hospitality. Resolve patient inquiries or concerns with grace, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Business Growth & Revenue: Drive clinic KPIs, oversee retail and treatment sales, and implement local marketing and retention strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure the clinic strictly adheres to all health, safety, medical regulations, and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on weekly/monthly financial metrics, staff performance, and inventory levels to ownership.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 - 7 years of management experience in a high-end aesthetic clinic, medical spa, luxury day spa, or premium hospitality/retail environment.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing, motivating, and developing a team to meet sales and service targets.
  • Customer Service: Passion for luxury service with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business Savvy: Strong understanding of business KPIs, budget management, and sales strategies.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with clinic management software (e.g., Zenoti, Mindbody, Boulevard, or Jane App) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Attributes: Polished and professional presentation, highly organized, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
