Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs.
• Perform body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair styling to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
• Administer advanced procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision and care.
• Manage retail sales by recommending products based on client skin types and concerns while conducting product demos to educate clients on benefits.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sanitation protocols across all treatment areas.
• Utilize salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently.
• Engage with clients through social media management and guest services to build lasting relationships and promote special offers or new treatments.

Skills

• Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple appointments and team tasks seamlessly.
• Extensive knowledge of cosmetology practices including hair extensions, hair styling, nail care, and barbering techniques such as straight razor shaves.
• Proficiency in advanced aesthetic procedures like tattooing, esthetic laser treatments, deep tissue massage, and body waxing.
• Excellent communication skills for effective consultation, upselling products/services, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with salon software systems such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and record keeping.
• Experience with social media management to promote services and engage with clients online.
• Knowledge of color theory for makeup application and understanding of skin health principles for personalized skincare solutions.
