We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty treatments, ensuring clients receive personalized and professional service in a welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, IPL, Laser Hair Removal, Body Contouring, Microneedling RF, PRP, IV therapy assist
• Administer aesthetic laser treatments safely and effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas
• Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable treatments or retail products
• Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products and accessories
• Educate clients on skincare routines, home care, and new treatments to enhance their experience
• Ensure a comfortable and professional environment for all clients

Experience

• Proven experience as an Aesthetician in a med spa, dermatology, or plastics setting.
• Certification in Esthetician licensing required.
• Phlebotomy Certification is a PLUS
• Knowledge of medical treatments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively
• Experience with retail sales and product demonstrations is advantageous
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all treatments
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Sales skills are a plus
• Reporting to manager
• Great partnership with the Nurses

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
