Licensed Esthetician – Event Contractor (Per‑Guest Pay)

Glitters and Grace, a luxury mobile beauty, skincare, and fragrance company serving Chicagoland and surrounding areas, is seeking Licensed Estheticians to provide high‑quality skincare services at private parties, corporate activations, and special events. This is a 1099 contract position ideal for estheticians who love working with people, enjoy fast‑paced event environments, and want flexible, high‑earning opportunities.

Position Overview

As a Glitters & Grace Event Esthetician, you will provide professional skincare services at events ranging from intimate gatherings to large‑scale celebrations with 25+ guests, including both adults and children (ages 8+).

You will work alongside our Lead Party Hosts to deliver a polished, luxury experience that aligns with our brand standards.

Compensation

• Paid per guest (rate provided on a per-event basis)
• Additional earning opportunities for large events and specialty activations
• All products, materials, tools, and supplies are provided
• Travel reimbursement available for qualifying events

Responsibilities

• Provide professional mini‑facials, micro‑facials, or skincare services depending on event type
• Deliver safe, hygienic, and guest‑friendly services for adults and children
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times
• Ensure proper sanitation and product handling
• Assist with event flow and guest management as needed
• Represent the Glitters & Grace brand with warmth, professionalism, and excellent customer service
• Arrive on time, fully prepared, and ready to work in a fast‑paced environment

Requirements

• Current Illinois Esthetician License (required)
• Active professional liability insurance (minimum coverage required)
• Experience working with both adults and children
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Follow and adhere to Glitters and Grace protocols and standards for services
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with event hosts
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
• Comfortable working events with 25 or more guests
• Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to maintaining high service standards
