Duties

• Provide a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments.
• Perform specialized treatments such as skin rejuvenation, tattoo removal assistance, and medical-grade skincare procedures.
• Conduct consultations to assess clients’ skin conditions, recommend suitable treatments, and educate on skincare routines.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client results and business growth.
• Stay updated with the latest esthetic techniques, industry trends, and certifications to continually improve service quality.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with active certification in cosmetology or esthetics.
• Proven experience in customer service with a friendly, professional approach to client interactions.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control practices, and safety standards within a spa or clinic setting.
• Ability to perform hair threading, body waxing, makeup application, and eyelash extension services is preferred but not required.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to educate clients on product benefits while fostering trust and loyalty.
