Genesis by Janelle is looking for an experienced, passionate Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing team. We're committed to providing exceptional patient care through personalized treatments, education, and a welcoming experience that helps every client feel confident in their skin.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Aesthetician License
• Minimum of 5 years of experience preferred
• Experience performing:
• Customized facials
• Chemical peels
• Dermaplaning
• Waxing
• Experience or interest in brows, lash services, and body treatments is a plus
• Strong communication and client education skills
• Professional, dependable, and growth-minded attitude

Responsibilities

• Perform customized skincare treatments with exceptional client care
• Develop personalized treatment plans and home-care recommendations
• Educate clients on medical-grade skincare products and ongoing skin health
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment according to cleanliness and safety standards
• Accurately document treatments and client information
• Collaborate with the Genesis team to continue expanding and elevating our service offerings
