Summary

As an Aesthetician, you will deliver exceptional, personalized skincare and body treatments that embody the serenity and sophistication of our Forbes Four-Star resort. This role requires a passion for holistic wellness, refined service standards, and the ability to create deeply restorative guest experiences in alignment with the Alila brand philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform customized facials, body treatments, and advanced skincare services in accordance with spa protocols and California state regulations

• Conduct thorough skin analyses and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care regimens

• Provide waxing and other aesthetic services as permitted by licensure

• Maintain treatment rooms to luxury resort standards of cleanliness, organization, and ambiance

• Uphold Forbes, AAA, and Alila service standards through warm, intuitive, and anticipatory guest service

• Educate guests on product lines and promote retail sales in a genuine, consultative manner

• Support overall spa operations including inventory management, laundry assistance, and daily opening/closing procedures

• Collaborate with the spa and wellness team to create seamless, memorable guest journeys

• Maintain active California Esthetician license and comply with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

SHIFT: 9:30am - 5:30pm - Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays.

• Valid California Esthetician (CMCT) license required

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a luxury spa, resort, or wellness environment preferred

• Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, product lines, and holistic wellness practices

• Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

• Professional presence aligned with the Alila brand aesthetic
