We are looking for a talented, licensed esthetician to join our growing team.

Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about helping clients look and feel amazing. You will perform a variety of non-surgical body treatments, provide personalized consultations, and deliver a five-star client experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-surgical body contouring treatments on various areas of the body
• Administer EMSculptone sessions (electromagnetic muscle stimulation + RF skin tightening)
• Perform detox roller treatments for lymphatic drainage and cellulite reduction
• Conduct thorough client consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on treatment benefits, aftercare instructions, and package options
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment room at all times
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and new treatment technologies
• Manage appointment scheduling
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes

Qualifications

• Active Florida Esthetician License (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in body contouring, skin tightening, or aesthetic treatments (preferred)
• Experience with non-surgical body contouring or aesthetic treatment equipment (preferred)
• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, body sculpting techniques, and lymphatic drainage
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Professional, reliable, and passionate about the beauty and wellness industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be comfortable with sales and recommending packages to clients

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts available
• Full-time: 30-40 hours/week
• Part-time: 15-25 hours/week
