Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations, including handling calls, emails, and in-person requests.

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all building occupants.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
