Affiliate & Creator Network Intern

Creative Dots is looking for fresh, enthusiastic, and communication-focused candidates who are interested in Affiliate Marketing, Creator Partnerships, and Business Growth. This internship is ideal for students and fresh graduates who want to learn how brands collaborate with creators and affiliates to generate sales and build long-term partnerships.

No prior professional experience is required. If you enjoy networking, building relationships, and working with performace-based marketing, this internship is for you!

Internship Responsibilities:

• Research and recruit micro-influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners for client campaigns.
• Reach out to creators through Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels.
• Introduce creators to affiliate and commission-based partnership programs.
• Maintain an organized database of creators, affiliates, and partnership details.
• Assign and manage unique discount codes, referral links, and affiliate tracking information.
• Monitor affiliate performance, including clicks, leads, and weekly sales generated.
• Prepare weekly and monthly affiliate performance reports.
• Maintain payout records and assist in preparing commission logs for approval by account managers.
• Follow up with affiliate partners to ensure active participation and campaign success.
• Coordinate with the marketing and account management teams to support affiliate campaigns.
• Identify new creators and partnership opportunities to help clients grow their sales network.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates, students, or individuals interested in Affiliate Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Development.
• Excellent written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident in reaching out to new people through social media and email.
• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and basic performance reports.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks.
• Interest in social media, influencer marketing, and performance marketing.
