This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with call centers based in Pakistan, with a focus on exploring partnership and affiliation opportunities.

Job Summary: The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with call centers in Pakistan. This role requires an individual with strong relationship-building skills, the ability to travel frequently, and a deep understanding of call center operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the authenticity and credibility of potential partners while maximizing affiliate opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with call centers based in Pakistan.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Foster long-term partnerships that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Partnership Development:
  • Identify and evaluate potential call center partners for affiliation opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of call centers to ensure they meet the company's standards and requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with affiliate partners to maximize mutual benefits.
  • On-site Visits:
  • Regularly visit call centers in Pakistan to verify their authenticity, operational efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct on-site audits and evaluations to ensure partners are adhering to agreed-upon terms and quality measures.
  • Provide detailed reports on findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliate partners to ensure they meet performance benchmarks.
  • Implement strategies to optimize affiliate performance and drive business growth.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure all affiliate partners comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service.
  • Address any compliance or quality issues promptly and effectively.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for affiliate marketing to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify new opportunities for partnership growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in affiliate management or a similar role, preferably within the call center industry.
  • Strong understanding of call center operations and standards.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently to call centers in Pakistan.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using affiliate marketing and performance monitoring tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with call centers in Pakistan or similar regions.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations related to call center operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
