Affiliate Marketing Manager

Persian Horizon Group is a Dubai-based business group operating across beauty, hospitality, investment, and business acquisition sectors. We focus on building scalable, customer-driven growth models across our portfolio.

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Lead to design, launch, and scale a comprehensive affiliate and referral marketing ecosystem. This role will focus on turning customers, partners, and introducers into long-term brand advocates across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate understands customer behavior, performance marketing, and trust-based referral systems, with the ability to build scalable frameworks from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a full affiliate marketing system, including commission structures, onboarding flows, and tracking dashboards
• Select, integrate, and manage affiliate platforms or custom solutions
• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates such as influencers, customers, promoters, and introducers
• Collaborate with marketing, tech, and legal teams to develop affiliate materials, contracts, and training content
• Build multi-tier incentive and loyalty structures to drive sustained engagement
• Track performance metrics, optimize conversions, and scale high-performing channels

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, referral programs, or community-led growth
• Experience in beauty, lifestyle, hospitality, investment, or acquisition-focused businesses
• Strong understanding of affiliate tools, tracking systems, and performance analytics
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Fluency in English (Arabic or Persian is an advantage)
