Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead our affiliate marketing initiatives and drive growth through performance-based channels. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, manage multiple advertising platforms, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. Duties
- Develop and implement effective affiliate marketing strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on performance marketing, SEM, and SEO.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, and DoubleClick to ensure maximum reach and conversion.
- Conduct keyword research using SEO tools and analyze web analytics via Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Oversee media planning and media buying activities, including budget management for digital campaigns across multiple channels.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data trends, and generate reports to inform decision-making and improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content tailored for social media management and digital advertising campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends related to affiliate marketing, web analytics, SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices to ensure innovative campaign strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of PPC campaign management.
- Proficiency in managing advertising platforms such as Google Ads (AdWords), Bing Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick, and other media buying tools.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools, web analytics (Google Analytics), keyword research techniques, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Experience in media planning, budgeting, media buying, and campaign optimization within an e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with SEM strategies including Google AdWords campaigns and SEO best practices.
- Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to inform campaign adjustments for improved ROI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
