Affiliate Partnership Manager
Buzz Bomb | Hybrid | Part-Time (20–25 hours/week)

We’re looking for an Affiliate Partnership Manager to help us scale awareness and drive revenue through strategic influencer and affiliate partnerships.
What You’ll Do
As our Affiliate Partnership Manager, you’ll own and grow Buzz Bomb’s affiliate and influencer ecosystem. This is a hands on, high impact role where creativity meets performance.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers and affiliate partners aligned with the Buzz Bomb brand
- Build and manage relationships with creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- Develop clear, compelling campaign briefs that drive authentic and high-performing content
- Manage partnerships through affiliate platforms and tools (tracking performance, payouts, and communication)
- Oversee product seeding and track sample distribution and ROI
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for growth, efficiency, and conversion
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager and Director of Marketing to align strategy and messaging
- Conduct outreach, interviews, and vetting of potential partners
- Make performance-based decisions, including scaling top performers and offboarding underperforming partners
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who blends strategic thinking with strong instincts and isn’t afraid to take ownership.
- Proven experience building and scaling affiliate or influencer marketing programs
- Hands-on experience with affiliate management software/platforms
- Strong understanding of social media ecosystems (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
- Experience in CPG (consumer packaged goods) strongly preferred
- Data driven mindset with the ability to track ROI and optimize performance
- Comfortable making tough calls, including ending partnerships that aren’t delivering
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Collaborative team player who works well cross-functionally

- Bachelor’s degree or some college preferred
Compensation & Structure
- Contract Position: Starting at $4,000/month
- Part-Time Commitment: Approximately 20–25 hours per week
- Hybrid Work Environment: Combination of remote work and in-person collaboration as needed
Performance-Based Bonus Structure:
In addition to base compensation, this role includes milestone-based bonuses tied to affiliate-driven revenue:
- $100,000 in tracked affiliate revenue → $1,500 bonus
- $300,000 in tracked affiliate revenue → $5,000 bonus
- $500,000+ in tracked affiliate revenue → $10,000+ bonus
Commission Upside:
- Earn 3–5% commission on all affiliate driven revenue above $500,000
- Commission structure may scale based on performance and efficiency of campaigns
Note: Revenue must be directly attributable to affiliate/influencer efforts and tracked through approved platforms.
