Looking for Affiliate Marketing Manager

Tasks:
- Build and grow relationships with affiliates, influencers, and traffic partners across Arabian markets
- Actively recruit new partners via SEO, native, social, Telegram, YouTube, forums, and streamers
- Manage and scale an Affiliate portfolio (negotiate tailored deals, create bonus schemes, and keep partners motivated)
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs (FTD, ROI, eCPA, ARPU)
- Use your own network and database to deliver fast, tangible results

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or Media Buyer in iGaming
- Existing contacts/live database in MENA is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of how to source, onboard, and retain affiliates in the MENA markets
- Negotiation skills and a data-driven approach
- Arabian fluency, English for reporting
