Affiliate Partnerships Manager — Real Estate Finance Division

• Working Capital Loans ($50K–$500K) for real estate investors
• DSCR Loans (10% down, no income docs) for rental properties

We’ve built powerful digital systems — including Client Dashboards that track loans in real time and a Free Investor Dashboard with training, deal analyzers, and calculators — to help our partners and clients succeed.

The Role

We’re hiring an Affiliate Partnerships Manager to build and scale our national partner network of:

• Real estate coaches & consultants
• Realtors & brokers
• Business funding advisors
• Content creators & influencers in the real estate space

Your goal: Bring in new affiliate partners whose audiences need funding to start or scale their real estate businesses.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners across real estate and coaching niches
• Present our partnership opportunity and commission structure to new partners
• Provide affiliates with co-branded landing pages, dashboards, and tracking links
• Manage communications, reporting, and performance tracking
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to optimize partner performance

Tools You’ll Use

• Affiliate CRM (Partner Portal, Tracking Links, Slack)
• Client Dashboards (for loan tracking)
• Free Investor Dashboard (for partner training + lead education)

Compensation

• Base Salary: $2,500–$4,000/month
• Commission: 5% of collected revenue (avg $375 per funded client)
• Performance Bonuses: For hitting affiliate revenue milestones
• Growth Path: Eligible for Director of Partnerships or VP of Growth as channel scales

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years in affiliate, partnerships, or business development
• Experience recruiting partners in real estate, coaching, or funding industries
• Strong communicator who can close affiliate deals
• CRM + marketing system experience (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)
• Self-driven with a track record of scaling affiliate programs
