Puppy Yoga Club is America’s happiest workout,a joyful fusion of yoga, wellness, and pure puppy love. With over 25 studios across the U.S., we’re on a mission to spread smiles, support local rescues, and make every weekend unforgettable.

We’re now developing our Affiliate Program to empower passionate creators to share the Puppy Yoga experience with their audiences — and earn rewards for it.

Your Mission

You will grow, manage, and energize our affiliate creator network — focusing on micro and nano influencers (1K–50K followers).

Your goal: make sure hundreds of creators talk about Puppy Yoga Club every week, post authentic content, and drive traffic & bookings through their links.

Main Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Outreach

• Identify and contact potential micro/nano creators on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube in each city where we operate.
• Pitch the program in a friendly, personal, and convincing way.
• Negotiate conditions when necessary and onboard new affiliates smoothly.

2. Activation & Engagement

• Ensure each new affiliate creates content and tags @PuppyYogaClub.
• Monitor who is active, encourage inactive creators, and maintain a constant dialogue.
• Share new creative ideas, trends, and content inspiration to help affiliates perform better.

3. Communication & Growth

• Build and maintain a consistent communication strategy with the affiliate network (e.g., newsletters, Discord/WhatsApp groups, updates).
• Provide them with fresh visuals, promo codes, class info, and creative briefs every week.
• Collect content from affiliates to repurpose on our own channels.

4. Reporting & Optimization

• Track performance by city and creator (signups, content created, traffic, bookings).
• Suggest rewards, contests, or bonuses to boost motivation and retention.

Profile We’re Looking For

• Experience in influencer marketing, community management, or affiliate programs.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills (friendly, social, confident).
• Passion for social media and understanding of creator culture.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage hundreds of micro partnerships simultaneously.
• Positive, creative, and driven by performance.
• Bonus: Experience with affiliate platforms (UpPromote, Impact, or similar).

Success Metrics

• Number of active affiliates recruited per month.
• Volume of content created and tagged by affiliates.
• Traffic and sales generated via affiliate links.
• Engagement and retention rate of affiliates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
