Affiliate Manager

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to develop and manage our affiliate marketing program. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting new affiliates, maintaining relationships with existing partners, and developing strategies to increase affiliate revenue. You'll need to monitor affiliate practices, manage affiliate networks, negotiate deals, and analyze performance data to optimize our clientbase. Your goal will be to effectively grow the affiliate channel as a significant source of revenue for our company.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage affiliate marketing strategies to enhance our brand's presence and achieve marketing targets.
Recruit new affiliates, negotiate deals, and maintain fruitful relationships with existing partners.
Monitor affiliate practices and ensure compliance with our company’s policies and brand guidelines.
Analyze performance data to continually optimize affiliate campaigns and strategies for better ROI.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and affiliate marketing content.
Implement effective communication strategies to engage affiliates and provide them with the necessary support and resources.
Stay up-to-date with trends in affiliate marketing, fintech, and related technologies to leverage emerging opportunities.
Work closely with the product and development teams to ensure affiliate needs are met with innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-year experience in affiliation, preferably in the fintech or technology sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and performance analytics.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in performance metrics to drive strategy decisions.
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms relevant to affiliate marketing.
Creative thinking with the ability to identify and seize on emerging opportunities.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude suitable for a fast-paced and evolving environment.
