We are looking for an Partnership & Affiliation Manager to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our business through affiliate channels. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, negotiating strategic deals, and optimizing affiliate performance to drive sustainable growth. The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to grow affiliate partnerships across multiple e-commerce brands. Manage relationships with existing affiliates and recruit new high-performing partners. Negotiate commission structures, promotional campaigns, and exclusive deals. Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance using key KPIs (ROI, CR, CPA, ROAS, etc.). Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term growth strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate campaigns with overall brand goals. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, tracking policies, and budget allocation. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate platforms.
