As we expand across the UAE and beyond, we’re looking for a sales-driven hustler with strong HORECA experience; someone who knows how to get our products onto menus, behind counters, and into the hands of consumers through the region’s most loved cafés, restaurants, and hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Partnerships

Identify and secure new HORECA (and retail) clients
: Target cafés, restaurants, hotels, and catering partners that align with JUST Snacks’ positioning.

Grow and manage key accounts
: Build strong relationships with purchasing managers, chefs, and F&B directors to ensure repeat business and consistent brand visibility.

Negotiate and close deals
: Handle pricing, listings, and contracts to drive sales growth and secure long-term supply partnerships.

Expand brand visibility in on-premise channels
: Ensure JUST Snacks has strong shelf and menu presence across premium HORECA outlets.

Monitor the market
: Track competitor activity, menu trends, and emerging opportunities in the healthy food space.
Event Marketing & Execution

Plan & Coordinate Events
: Lead the planning, organization, and execution of brand activations, corporate events, wellness workshops, and community-building initiatives.

Collaborate on Event Content
: Work with creative teams to develop engaging content for events, including workshops, pop-ups, and fitness-related activations.

On-the-Ground Execution
: Be present at events to ensure seamless execution, manage logistics, and provide direct support to partners and attendees.

Drive Attendance & Engagement
: Use digital marketing, influencer partnerships, and targeted outreach to increase awareness and attendance at events.
Reporting & Analysis

Track & Report Key Metrics
: Regularly report on partnership performance, event success, social media engagement, and content performance to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.

Analyze Market Trends
: Track and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to adapt and refine strategies.

Requirements:

Experience
: 1–3 years of proven sales or business development experience within the HORECA or FMCG sector (healthy food or snacks preferred).

: Established connections within Dubai’s café, restaurant, or hospitality scene are a strong plus.

Negotiation skills
: Confident in pitching, negotiating listings, and closing B2B deals.

: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

: A proactive, hands-on self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
