  • Assisting the Marketing Manager with the overall publicity materials, mainly to monitor, maintain and distribute of the promotional material both internally and externally; with occasional updates / re-design whenever requested & also to proposes, produce and distribute giveaways on request.
  • Manage and supervise the signages and marketing materials in the networks and work places.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Strategic

  • Supervising and reviewing of artwork and graphic designs produced by third parties.
  • Developing innovative methods and plans to replace the existing standards signages and displays.
  • Performing Marketing research to find new suppliers and vendors.
  • Support to finalize the Marketing Annual plans and reports.

Financial

  • Coordinate and organize shipments and their prompt dispatch;
  • Check printer’s technical specifications, colour separation, proof editing and copywriting;
  • Support the administration work related to production and prints;
  • Support department on raising PR’s on MS Dynamics 365 with prior approvals and documentations needed to raise a PR.
  • Follow up with procurement department for issuance of LPO.
  • Received invoice from vendors and complete Received invoice from vendors and complete GRN on the system.
  • Sharing of invoice with Billing desk team and followup for payment.

Stakeholder / Customer

  • Respond to clients enquires and provide promotional material as requested.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and verify quotations and invoices related to print and production related jobs. Ensure quality timely deliveries, cost content estimates etc.
  • Liaison with agencies and the print agencies for update / reprint of promotional material.
  • Coordinate and support Social Media agency with available data to develop content suitable for respective campaign.

Operational

  • Send the material and follow up on delivery.
  • Maintaining, updating, indexing, managing stock and archives.
  • Coordinate all correspondence related to work assignments and keep records.
  • Re-ordering material, check the quotations and execute.
  • Proof reading and editing to ensure accuracy before publishing.
  • Assist in photos and video archives for updating the library.
  • Monitor, maintain and control distribution of the material internally and externally.
  • Developing graphics corporate identity. Photo retouching and editing.
  • Staff notices and promotion materials.
  • Building brand materials based on the corporate brand image.
  • Conceptualise and design promotion materials with the marketing team.
  • Perform and carry out other duties as instructed / directed by the Marketing Manager.
  • Review corporate videos and share feedback for modifications.
  • Content development for digital screens based on client requirements following screen specifications.

Capability / People

  • Manage and support team on corporate and business events, visiting venues, managing banquet teams to follow the agreed setup plan.
  • Handle client activations at stations, and fulfill ground arrangements as per agreed plan.

DIMENSIONS

  • Regular reporting on the Marketing & Communications plans and achievements to Execs board and to RTA.
  • Office environment. Occasional work outside office hours to support events and campaigns.

KEY COMPETENCIES


Technical Competencies

  • Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office/Office 365 software.
  • Knowledge of Adobe creative suite, Photoshop and illustrator.
