Role


To develop and implement strategies, policies and processes to improve operations
and service delivery to meet existing and future corporate objectives.

Performance Objectives:

  • Build a pipeline for prospective new business.

  • Identify key expertise to support on new business opportunities and oversee client/ market responses and deliverables.

  • Dramatically increase reach new prospect clients with providing WTW Affinity value propositions, solutions, and technology.
  • Assist the head of Affinity to provide new innovative Affinity products to the market across different industries.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • professional qualifications in a relevant discipline;

  • considerable experience of managing organization change.

  • 10 years of prior insurance/brokerage industry-related business development experience
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
