Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans specific to the Away from Home segment.
  • Lead customer marketing for AFH sub-channels to achieve growth
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and channel priorities.
  • Own full year customer campaign calendar and execute campaigns, as an important tool to sell.
  • Partner with key AFH customers to co-create marketing programs and activations.
  • Identify growth opportunities through joint business planning and customized campaigns.
  • Lead the development of promotional materials, digital content, and in-store activations.
  • Plan seasonal campaigns to drive product visibility and consumption.
  • Analyze customer and market data to inform strategy and measure campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Marketing experience is required
  • Experience in on ground activations is required
  • Experience in Away from Home channel is plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Demonstrated functional expertise with FMGG Company.
