Overview
We’re looking for a CRM Specialist to join our Marketing team and help drive customer engagement, retention, and acquisition. This role will focus on building targeted campaigns, optimizing automation flows, and using data-driven insights to improve user experience. You will be responsible for executing CRM strategies that enhance customer lifecycle management through segmentation, A/B testing, and acquisition-focused initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct experiments to test different messaging, timing, and incentives to improve conversion and retention rates
  • Segmentation & Targeting: Build customer segments based on behavior, demographics, and lifecycle stages to create personalized experiences
  • Automations & Journeys: Set up and optimize automated workflows for onboarding, activation, engagement, and reactivation
  • Acquisition & Engagement Campaigns: Support user acquisition efforts by leveraging CRM tools to convert sign-ups into active users
  • Analytical Insights: Monitor and analyze CRM performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Multi-Channel Execution: Manage push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging to deliver timely and relevant communication
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Growth, and Data teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals
  • Content & Copy Collaboration: Brief the copywriter on CRM campaign content and messaging.
  • Review, refine, and ensure copy quality aligns with brand tone and objectives
  • Have a sharp eye for detail, making sure all content is engaging, accurate, and optimized for conversion




Required Qualifications:
Education:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant field.




Skills:

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, MoEngage, Clevertap, Iterable, or similar)
  • Experience running A/B tests and optimizing customer journeys
  • Understanding of user segmentation and lifecycle marketing
  • Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally




Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, or Growth Marketing
