African Market Wholesale Sales & International Business Development Assistant

We are a growing UAE-based garments wholesale/export business specializing in baby wear, kids garments, t-shirts, women’s wear, and apparel distribution across UAE, African, and international wholesale markets.

Looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to help grow the business from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Find and develop wholesale buyers in UAE and international markets
• Build relationships with local kids clothing shops and retailers across UAE
• Cold calling, email outreach, WhatsApp outreach & follow-ups
• Visit shops, wholesalers & potential clients
• Assist with logistics, cargo coordination & warehouse operations
• Create TikTok/social media content from warehouse and market visits
• Comfortable being on camera and helping promote products daily
• Help identify new garment opportunities and markets

Requirements

• Experience in garments, wholesale, logistics, exports, or sales preferred
• Strong understanding/connections within African and international wholesale markets is highly preferred
• African candidates or applicants with strong knowledge of African wholesale markets and social media trends are highly preferred
• Anyone with strong knowledge/experience in this field is welcome to apply
• Experience dealing with local retail shops is a major advantage
• Must have own vehicle for market visits and client meetings
• Comfortable with cold outreach, sales development & social media
• Candidates with own UAE visa preferred (Will offer visa for full-time candidates later
• Must be proactive, business-minded & growth-oriented

Office/Warehouse Location: Abu Hail, Dubai

Job Type

Part-time to start, with opportunity for salary increase and transition into a full-time role based on performance. Starting Salary: AED 800-1,000/month with strong growth potential as sales increase.

Pay: AED800.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
