After Sales Engineer – Elevators

Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced After Sales Engineer to join our Elevator & Escalator division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling maintenance contracts, customer support, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth after-sales service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for elevators and escalators
• Attend customer complaints and provide technical support
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for breakdowns and preventive maintenance
• Conduct site inspections and technical assessments
• Prepare service reports, quotations, and technical documentation
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in elevator maintenance or after-sales service in the UAE
• Strong technical knowledge of elevator systems
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
