Service Technician

Service Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, cleanliness, and performance of Robo Café machines before, during and after installation. The role focuses on installation, maintenance and post-sale operational support, service quality, and customer satisfaction across all assigned locations for 24/7 AROS Robo Cafés.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and repairing components and systems, replacing electrical and mechanical components of modules
  • Performing servicing, testing, maintaining, configuring tests and checks on systems
  • Installing and configuring hardware (electronic devices and systems) and software according to Product specifications
  • Documenting maintenance actions and test results, maintaining accurate records
  • Updating system hardware and software and performing system upgrades as required
  • Collaborating with engineers and other technicians to integrate various systems
  • Comply with industry safety and quality regulations during maintenance and testing activities
  • Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively
  • Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback
  • Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment
  • Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use
  • Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns


About you:

  • 3+ years of successful experience as Service Engineer in the UAE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, or similar
  • Strong expertise is reading electrical schemes and mechanical drawings
  • Basic knowledge in computer networking
  • Detail-orientated, deadline-driven with high focus on friendly and efficient service to Clients
  • A valid driver's license B and willingness to travel within UAE, and GCC
  • Poses willingness to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed
  • Relevant certificates or licenses is advantageous
  • Experience in the maintenance of food processing equipment or vending machines is welcome!
