After Sales Executive

Role Overview

The After Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing support after the completion of vehicle and product sales. This role ensures that customers receive excellent service post-sale, while also contributing to customer retention, repeat business, and growth opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Support & After-Sales Service

  • Act as the main contact for clients after vehicle or product purchase at Marhaba Auctions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional manner.
  • Provide guidance on transfer of ownership, documentation, warranties/insurance processes, and other after-sales requirements for individual customers and businesses alike.
  • Ensure all clients receive timely updates and assistance until the transaction is fully closed.

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify opportunities for upselling services, insurance, auto parts or related offerings.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of auction processes, automotive industry trends, and customer expectations.
  • Support overall sales targets through strong customer relationship management.

Coordination & Administration

  • Liaise with insurance companies, garages, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth after-sales service.
  • Maintain accurate client records, service logs, and reports.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Gender Preference: Male (preferred).
  • Language Preference: Bi-lingual, fluent in English and Arabic or Urdu / Hindi.
  • Experience: Previous sales experience is mandatory, preferably in one or more of the following industries:
  • Automotive
  • Auto parts
  • Garage / Workshop services
  • Insurance
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ability to manage documentation.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Strong understanding of automotive and related industries.
  • Goal-driven, with the ability to contribute to sales growth and client retention.
