About the Role. We’re seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Manager – After sales to lead our after-sales support department. You’ll be the bridge between our customers and internal teams, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the after-sales support team to deliver exceptional customer service

- Resolve post-purchase inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims efficiently

- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies

- Collaborate with sales, service, and product teams to enhance customer experience

- Develop training programs for support staff to maintain high service standards

- Analyze feedback and market trends to inform product and service improvements

- Ensure compliance with company policies and service-level agreements

- Experience in the electronics industry is a plus1

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- 3 - 10 + years of experience in customer support / after sales management

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive performance
