After-Sales Manager


We are looking for an After-Sales Manager to lead and oversee service operations for our TV, Soundbar, and related products . In this role, you will manage customer service processes, ensure smooth coordination with technicians and service centers, handle escalations, and drive customer satisfaction while maintaining high service standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead after-sales support operations, ensuring timely and effective service.
  • Manage escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Coordinate repairs, warranty claims, and spare parts management with service partners.
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare service reports, and recommend process improvements.
  • Guide and support service teams, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, sharing insights on recurring product issues.


Qualifications

  • Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years’ experience in after-sales, service management, or TV repair support.
  • Strong knowledge of MiniLED, LED, OLED & Smart TV technologies.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational and reporting abilities.
