Country Manager

We are now looking for a Country Manager to lead the organization in Turkey. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of the business performance while shaping the next growth chapter of a rapidly scaling company.

What you will do?

• Hold overall P&L responsibility for the Turkish operations, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Operations, and Legal, while acting as a strong business partner to the Sales leadership.
• Ensure seamless collaboration across all functions to support the achievement of ambitious revenue and efficiency targets.
• Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams, fostering engagement and retention in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
• Drive change management initiatives , streamlining processes and adapting the organization to the evolving business needs.
• Maintain transparent and frequent communication with the regional/global supervisory board, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
• Represent the company externally with professionalism, aligned with company values and standards.
• Ensure operational excellence by implementing effective structures, workflows, and performance management routines.
• Oversee risk management and compliance, safeguarding the company’s reputation and operational integrity.

What you’ll have?

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience , ideally with proven P&L ownership and multi-functional management responsibilities.
• Strong track record in leading organizations through growth, scaling, or transformation phases .
• Ability to partner with commercial leaders and positively influence sales performance, even without direct sales accountability.
• Advanced English proficiency, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical and structured approach to planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to build alignment across diverse teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Hands-on leadership style with resilience, problem-solving mindset, and cultural sensitivity.
