We are looking for a committed and motivated employee for Assistant Relationship Manager/Relationship Manager position within Financial Institutions (FI) Department in TEB.
The ideal candidate should have below qualifications:
University degree (minimum Bachelor’s degree)
4-8 years of job experience within Banking / Financial, preferable Financial Institutions background
Linguistic skills are a must – perfect command of English language both written and oral
Understanding of macroeconomics and banking industry, regional and international market dynamics, specifically trade finance, and treasury products

Ability to build and leverage relationships while achieving the goals and objectives of the organization and department

JOB DESCRIPTION :
Responsible for establishing or maintaining ongoing relationships with Financial Institutions (FIs).
Assist and guide other business units functions to extend support to all banking relationships.
Ensure compliance with all AML/KYC Compliance based requirements relating to the portfolio.
Obtain credit limits for trade finance and treasury business to support liquidity and trading operations of the Bank.
Manage documentation negotiations with FIs including trade agreements, risk participations, structured funding, syndicated loan facilities and treasury agreements.
Developing business strategies on FIs and promoting business opportunities in trade finance, global markets and structured funding.
Develop the portfolio by prospecting potential Financial Institutions in the market.
Traveling to assigned countries and setting up virtual / onsite meetings to fulfil department goals and drafting of call reports.
Monitor, consistently, the latest developments relating to the counterparties in the geographical portfolio.
