Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused After Sales Support & Service officer to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers after a sale is made, ensuring timely resolution of complaints, coordination of service calls, and maintaining long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, or in person.
- Coordinate with technical teams or service providers to ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all after-sales service requests and actions taken.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Provide feedback to the sales, quality, and production teams on recurring issues.
- Assist in warranty claims and documentation processing.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or after-sales support (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or service request management tools is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
