After Sales Supervisor

Position: After Sales Supervisor.

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced After Sales Supervisor to join our team in 6th of October City. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the after-sales service department and ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the after-sales service department, including technicians and service advisors
• Ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction levels through regular follow-up and feedback
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to after-sales service for new customers
• Develop and implement strategies to increase after-sales service revenue and profitability
• Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for the after-sales team
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to continuously improve after-sales service processes and procedures
• Handle escalated customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Prepare and analyze reports to track after-sales service performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications
